Artificial Intelligence offers transformative opportunities for organisational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, programme design, fundraising, monitoring & evaluation, and digital innovation yet most existing offerings are either generic tech courses or short Western-centric overviews that under-address African realities: intermittent connectivity, data sovereignty concerns, multilingual and low-literacy contexts, limited technical capacity, ethical risks in fragile settings, and the need for locally led, mission-aligned adoption. This unique Diploma equips NGO managers, programme leads, M&E specialists, operations and fundraising professionals with practical, responsible, Africa-centred AI management competencies. Assignments
There are four assignments (continuous assessment tests), research paper and one examination to be offered at the end of the course. Assignments account for 40%, research paper counts for 30%, while the Final Exam accounts for 30% of the total mark. Upon completion of the course, you shall be issued with a Diploma Certificate and a course transcript. Examination Certificate and Transcripts will be sent after successful completion of the course.
